NBA is fun and exciting place to work at. NBA unlike any other sports leads and implies a current trends such as life style and fashion etc in their property elements. This gives the employees a sense of pride working at the most exciting sports industry of all.

Pros

The perks of working here are being able to travel, attend games and events, and say you work for one of the coolest leagues in the world. It's a good place to work for a few years, earn some experience and credibility, and then leave for a higher title and huge pay increase elsewhere. They would do well offering better compensation packages to lower level employees who do the brunt of the work.

Cons

Better for senior staff at the Director level or above. Everyone here is the best at what they do, passionate about sports, and very competitive. You get paid less than you would in other industries for the same work, and in most cases also have a lower title.

You get to travel to some great events and the day-to-day job can be quite fun. A good place to get some experience and put on your resume.

Cons

Very little chance at upward mobility if you're a young person working in production. Top management delegate to the lower level employees, who are rarely compensated fairly or rewarded for their efforts. Be prepared to stay a permalancer forever
