Tons of opportunity to do everything within HR, given the high turnover. Great architects and designers. Amazing minds to create impressive portfolios. Firm thinks outside the norms incorporating psychology, and clinical studies to its practice.
Cons
Making friends internally is frowned upon. You would think that working with such a small yet mighty team, building and growing relationships would be valued. Quite the opposite is true, and instead you are spoken to about it. If you ever consider giving feedback, please know that you will be told that "if you are not happy an exit strategy will be provided". Constructive feedback is not valued, nor is it seen as an opportunity for improvement. Culture is held so highly, that if you don't fit the mold, you are not seen as a good fit. Diversity and inclusion is lacking.
