      Pros

      A bit of flexibility and ability to self lead. No micromanagement.

      Cons

      The leadership is uninterested in the firm and the people who actually get the projects done. It seems they would much rather toot their own horns and maintain the political status quo. The firm is horrifyingly top heavy and led by men who promote men.

      Pros

      Met and worked with some really talented people. Company lands a lot of and executes on some really cool projects. Employee benefits are very strong.

      Cons

      Very much felt like high school again with the hierarchy and unwritten cultural rules. If you aren't in the 'cool' club your opinion isn't valued. HR Dept was a mess behind the curtain. Favoritism on the team was obvious, and so much so that it effectively cut down everyone else's ability to execute individually. It also made the rest of the dept feel alienated since they weren't the favorite.

      Pros

      The projects are often fantastic, visionary. The office culture and sharing of ideas is an important way to grow and well-supported in grass roots and unstructured ways.

      Cons

      Like most design-focused firms, the technical execution of projects is not as scrutinized as it could be. There is a significant amount of waste, not enough emphasis on training staff in the effective use of tools. The marketing hype has been huge recently. Now it's time to back it up with quality delivery. Too many old guard project managers that want to work in the pre-digital world.
