Nbbj has been such a refreshing workplace. The atmosphere is positive and forward thinking, they are edgy but also very professional. For an architecture firm, the workplace is not what you would expect- it’s very vibey and cool. I hope to work here for a long time. Designers mix in with operations and marketing and tech teams to create a really open and smart way of working. Definitely worth looking into jobs here whether you are a designer or not! the open offices are also really cool to work in. Leadership is supportive and HR team is a great resource.

Cons

The firm is pretty big, so you gotta put yourself out there to meet ppl and mix in.. but there are so many opportunities available to do this that it’s not that hard. there are lots of cross team events/informational etc

Being able to work with other studios on projects, fun getting to travel and get to know people in other offices.

Cons

More chances to work on projects from home. Some projects last to long and you can feel stuck on them.
