Pros

Opportunity to work on expansive, sometimes groundbreaking design for well known companies. Some of the employees are incredible peers and mentors! WFH flexibility when life happens. Great healthcare. Recommend working here for a short time just to get exposure to the above.

Cons

Working late for presentations is an industry standard, but here it is relentless. Staffing and workloads are always hard to manage in this industry, but they seem to continually err on the side of understaffed, which means you'll be over worked. Too big. Principals are too protected.

Nice offices, strong portfolio of projects

Cons

Severe micromanagement, disorganized leadership in NYC office, people play favorites, there are unfriendly and condescending people in positions of influence in the NYC studio. Leadership style does not inspire trust or confidence. I was given no work to do for months while repeatedly asking around for work to do, and quietly let go after being totally ignored for this time. Fake friendly culture.
