Pros

At NetScout you are treated like a human being opposed to just a number. Amazing company culture that comes from the top down. You truly feel like you are part of something of great even when working remotely.

Cons

There are no cons to working at NetScout.

Pros

Your teammates are great. Good pay.

Cons

Management is horrible. No collaboration, very micromanaging, very hostile environment. No diversity, no women in leadership, no morals or ethics in the entire environment. Very male dominated and an old boys club mentality. No follow through from management on initiatives.
