Don't work here! - Account Manager NETSCOUT Employee Review

Management is horrible. No collaboration, very micromanaging, very hostile environment. No diversity, no women in leadership, no morals or ethics in the entire environment. Very male dominated and an old boys club mentality. No follow through from management on initiatives.
