Fast Pace / Change - Constant evolution as we are continuously modernizing and redefining who we are. This results in a lot of change, but it also brings learning opportunities and progress.

there is no cons everything is good

No excitement about anything. You are punished if you try to be innovative or take any kind of risks. Just blah working environment with terrible culture that trusts no one. Toxic. By far the worst management team I have ever experienced in my professional career. I have no idea how the Board allows this to happen year after year. Zero energy and a completely out of touch CEO, Eng brother and executive team. All the good people have left years ago. Don't even bother working hard because no one cares and the executive team has no desire to hear feedback anyway. An overall depressing and sad place to work especially because there is still such potential, but all hopes and creativity are crushed by overwhelmingly same poor decisions year after year after year.

On the software side, technology is very dated. All legacy stuff with a lot of the management team from a hardware background. People are siloed. Communication across groups is discouraged. The team is constantly putting out fires.

Lack of disruption in product/solution development Very long average tenure of executive management

Coming from Danaher with team working spirit, leadership vs management, trainings, visions then going to Netscout with was a real disappointment.

Good products that require customers to have advanced personnel using it.

Lack of caring HR and management team. Employees walking in the door get payed more than long term employees. Management is lacking and set in their ways.
