Netscout cares about their employees and treats them well. Benefits are great. Products are top notch Netscout is a very charitable organization. The company makes it easy to get involved and will match your contributions too.
Cons
Some internal processes are inefficient and can be frustrating. Engineering is somewhat insulated from sales which can be good or bad depending on your perspective.
