Pros

- helpful and patient when learning - equipment is good - quick to hire so we're not over worked - lots to learn - willing to help pay for CIP

Cons

- they're changing a lot and forcing us to do things that are not in our job description - no additional pay for additional work load - work from office requirements started at 1 day a week and changed to 3 without our consent - value making money over their employees which has changed from when I first started

- Nice office area and location - Work hours

Cons

- Workload and role expectation does not align with low salaries - Unprofessional working culture between departments - Focused on expanding and acquisitions rather than employee satisfaction - Lack of career progression and opportunities, based on how long you have worked there and who you are close management with rather than merit - Extremely high staff turnover - Clients are more important than employees
