Pros

Great Work/Life Balance, Convenient Location, Beautiful office, Nice Benefits Package. Managers are involved and available with an open door policy, but do not micromanage. Positive atmosphere and a team environment.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but would be nice to have a larger match on 401K contributions.

Lots of room for advancement, great people to work with, excellent leadership, flex work schedules makes commuting bearable

680 traffic is bad but flexible work hours very helpful
