Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. We just hired a new HR Leader in Canada but, you can always email HR at humanresources@NFP.com and we will ensure someone contacts you directly. Through all of the uncertainly these past few years, thank you for making NFP a great place for each other and for our clients!

Pros

- Nice office area and location - Work hours

Cons

- Workload and role expectation does not align with low salaries - Unprofessional working culture between departments - Focused on expanding and acquisitions rather than employee satisfaction - Lack of career progression and opportunities, based on how long you have worked there and who you are close management with rather than merit - Extremely high staff turnover - Clients are more important than employees
