      Great work life balance..most are out at 5pm. That's the only PRO here.

      Cons

      Mgmt is a joke. They are fragmented from your actual role. Your boss will throw you under the bus to make themself look good and to get approval from higher-ups. Not supportive as an environment. lacks support unless you're an exec. Unchallenging work. People seem trustworthy until you get reprimanded by them.
