I have a lot of great people surrounding me at work everyday.

Cons

Its hard to bring an idea to life here, and to realistically grow into more of a role that you want here as well. It feels like we are operating in the past in a lot of ways.

Great health benefits and some people I met here are really nice.

Cons

Company does not promote from within. They prefer external hires and many of them do not do their jobs. They also underpay hard-working employees who are below the manager level.
