      Pros

      Getting a paycheck, co-workers are great, that is the only thing I still miss about that place.

      Cons

      They want everyone to feel scared that they could be fired any day. People are terrified to ask any questions as they have seen people get "let go" for questioning anything. Also, make sure you don't get cancer or need to use FMLA for any reason. While I was there, we were actually all sent an email stating that the annual bonus percentage paid would not be as high due to employees not having optimal health during the year. What kind of company uses health care costs as a contributing factor to the companies bonus pay out???? This particular year, NIBCO had record breaking sales.

      Pros

      Give me a few hours, I might think of one. Oh yeah, because top management's policies are so short-sighted, with no meaningful concept of compensation, and oppressive, stifling culture, current employees band together to survive. So, you feel close to the people you work with.

      Cons

      I could write volumes, but they all amount to the same thing...you don't want to work here. All the other reviews in this place are true, except the positive ones. Those are propaganda placed by HR. More than 30 people have left the HQ in Elkhart this year for greener pastures. Most who are left have their resumes out and are actively looking to leave. We work in fear daily. Say the wrong thing to the wrong person and you are gone.

      Where do I begin? Should I start with the fake employee reviews that have been put on this website (e.i. 3/31/15) or the crazy that goes on at this company? It is funny when I discuss my past employers... I always get crazy looks when I say I worked at NIBCO. I've had people ask me... how long were you able to last? or is SHE still running the show? I haven't heard any good comments from local people. I wish I would have heard these things BEFORE I took the position. This company is Nepotism at it's finest! If you are not a brown noser and are not willing to throw your ethics and morals to the side.... you will NOT make it!
