Hardworking good people. The majority of that group are the hourly associates, not management.
Cons
I worked at Nibco for several years. All of the negative reviews on here are true. A lot of these reviews were written before The disgruntled employee HR is talking about was let go. There are many many former employees that just want people to know the truth so they won't waste their time with this company. I personally worked more than one full time job there and was let go with absolute no warning or reason. The only positive reviews are the ones HR is being told to write. Nibco is the most dishonest place I've worked for. Starts at the top. Cover ups blamed on others, then firings. Never witnessed anything like it. So the Managers left, who were actually to blame for the "events" are either related to HR or in HR.
