      Cons

      The company does not care to keep competent employees. Skilled people are severely underpaid and unappreciated. No upward mobility. No management structure.

      Resource constraints hamper all efforts. Schedules always behind. PM job could be really simple.

      The staff are very intelligent. Some days they put out food .

      Cons

      This place is a PM nightmare. Beginning with the IT, which takes weeks to install software. Upon boot, it becomes plain that no one follows the process when it comes to resources,tasks, and timing. It is the first company that starts out with the triple constraints stretched or ignored from the kickoff.
