Pros

Absolutely awesome company to work for. Great room for advancement, and safety is always put first. If you don't like to work hard and be rewarded, don't apply. If you have an entrepenurial spirit, work well with others, and love big machines, NMC is the perfect place for you!

They will work you hard. Which is not even a real con.
