Great parts and shop people to work with, great business potential if allowed to do your job.

Cons

Middle management is terrible the more some people messed up the more blame was spread. Terrible accountability for those that screwed up.

"Good old boys club" seems almost encouraged by tolerance of inefficiency and low productivity from management Treats employees too well sometimes that it results in many stagnant and complacent workers Some employees have been promoted or reassigned over the years to positions that they are underqualified for and/or likely overpaid for

Pros

Values that are lived, service oriented, and the customer is valued. The employees at NMC are what make the company and they appreciate the individual skills that each employee brings to the company.

Cons

At this time, there is not any huge cons. To be a service oriented company, there are expectations to be accountable for the work. However, that is not a con if you want to be a leader in the industry.
