Pros
Fantastic, fun culture. Very values based. The values aren't just window dressing. They are a living, breathing part of this place. NMC is also very focused on giving back to the communities we're in, which is also very fun! We get a ton of opportunities to give back each year. Those events even turn into great opportunities for us to all get to know each other better and have even more fun. Also, there are a ton of training classes and leadership classes here that it's like having a mini university at work. We're encouraged to learn and grow. Lots of career development focus. Also, very safety focused. NMC has a culture where we look out for each other.
Cons
There are like 25 or so locations, so depending on your position, you may have to travel between them occasionally.
