I worked for 6 months for a client for the Professional Services department at Noesis. After the work contract wit the client ended the manager picked me in her car and screamed in rage endlessly with accusations, blame and shaming me for the end of the contract.
Although I still had a valid contract for several months , Noesis had no intention to keep my contract. So the manager kept telling daily me that I needed to find another job as they had no clients for me - an illegal practice to end the contract sooner.
They also gave me zero tasks during this period and kept saying that I needed to inform them of every time I was out of office to go to an interview and I had to inform where was the interview (obviously to find something for themselves and their friends).
Complete abuse of position of power and inhumanely treatement. I honestly hope no other professional goes through what I had to go through with Noesis - professional services.
