Flexible hours. Good work/life balance. Coimbra's office is well located, with good conditions. Great work environment.

Cons

The salary is bad and only a small part is declared (base salary and WHE). People with the same project|category|experience have completely different salaries - there is no criteria. To make it worse, new employees (without experience or background) earn more than employees that have been with the company for over a year. Career progression has no payment review. Unskilled managers that just do the very occasional guidance. Some privileged can work remotely for whatever reason they invoke while others have never been given the chance.
