Thank you for your feedback. We're excited our renovated HQ provide an updated, collaborative work environment for our associates. The on-site barista and coffee/pastry bar is not too shabby either!

Cons

HUGE lack of transparency from leadership. Sudden & sweeping changes are very common, very frequent layoffs (handled with little to no empathy or transparency), silo'ed work environment, lack of diversity, lack of clear company direction, and lack of growth. If you like emotional whiplash from sudden impactful changes, workplace confusion, and feeling like you don't matter as an employee- this is the perfect place to work.
