Pros

Some of the people are great, nice downtown location, says they are flat but they are not, provides free alcohol on Fridays... simply to cope

Pros

The healthcare industry is stable, the company is somewhat innovative, Associate Resources and Talent teams are outstanding

Cons

NRC's amazing culture has completely changed under new leadership. There is very little sales leadership which has led the company down a dangerous path of not paying individual incentives. Individual motivators are gone and the company no longer offers fun team-building incentive trips. In addition to incentives, associate "empowerment" which was such a core to the culture in the past is just a thing of the past. There's very little opportunity for growth and while NRC claims they are a flat organization, there are a select few in charge who have to approve every decision. Super disappointing as this company was truly a "too good to be true" place to work prior to 2020.

Our ‘it takes a village’ mentality has led to tremendous cooperation amongst our teams to drive further advancement with our customers. We continue offer our annual incentive trips. Extremely smart and talented people.

Cons

Horrible work culture. Toxic. High-competition yields extreme degrees of politics at the upper levels, that impedes ability to successfully accomplish work at the lower levels of the org.
