Teamwork Orientation Some great managers/average managers/mediocre managers Holiday pay extra hours extra time 2nd and 3rd pay at a higher rate Experience is preferable Can be a newbie and learn as you go

Unorganized Lots of miscommunication No clear directions depends on shift/manager/etc Employees learn as they go A lot of teamwork between employees High stress levels Demanding and grueling work Lots of physical labor Bare minimum 50lbs to carry Facilities a bit outdated Conveyer belts sometimes broke down No communication between managers and within the various departments within the warehouse You have to meet a daily quota Or else your manager asks you to leave if you’re underperforming. Clock out and go home. Ask your help to managers or your teammates or your fellow coworkers May make you or break you (literally)
