Some leaders are very conscientious and try to do the right thing!

Cons

The business model is not viable. Cannot sustain the hires for long term. Some newly promoted leaders are absolutely clueless on how to manage a team. Very poor leadership. They are not trained to bring out the best in their team instead are given a pass to micro manage and find reasons to put you on a plan. Truth be told there is not enough business in certain segments of the organisation for recruiters to meet their numbers. Provided documented proof to management and HR which was completely ignored.

Good coworkers and places to eat. That is it!

Cons

Non Existent HR support. Management that is never in the office. He is doing Uber on company time, of course a rough time proving that but he is gone for hours on end. Absolutely unheard of poor support.

Has some really talented persons but usually they don't stay long or get fired by a bunch of useless managers with their continuous re-organization plans

Cons

Not Collaboration between different teams. The top management keeps changing their plans and fire people on the fly if they don't like them or they think they are redundant. No respect for employees even if they have worked their for years. If someone is let to go they don't even provide the reasons why or even ask them if they are interested to move and work in other departments/Business Units.
