Awful corporate leadership. Our CFO has threatened to fire people in the organization if they refusal to take another position, because they "don't like to let people get comfortable with their job." We are also made to fear for our job if we submit overtime hours, even though overtime is essentially a requirement for the position.

Salaries are HORRIBLE compared to company competitors and upper management won't acknowledge it or doesn't seem to see it. Benefits are 90% employee paid and with poor coverage after huge deductibles. Insurances are so bad that executive management hired a benefit arbitration company to soften the blow of what is covered. Managers are given just the slightest amount of autonomy to award discretionary raises, promotions, and recognition to direct reports. Since employee groups are virtual , no group meetings are held in person so establishing relationships are challenging. The company does NOT promote from within, and if they do, they won't offer a raise with the promotion other than what is minimal.
