I came to NTT after having spent 7 years on another government contract. I only survived 5 months before moving on. Your experience is going to depend on the contract and client you work for. I had a nonexistent PM—I Interacted with him on my first day when he escorted me to get my badge, and on my last day, when he came to pick up my badge and escort me out of the building. I know he sat on site with me in a different building, but I NEVER interacted with him. He never stopped by to check on how things were going. I called and left voicemails a few times with questions; he never called back.
Some of the worst health benefits I've seen. If you are on any prescription medication, stay far away from this place. For some perspective, I pay $20/month at my new employer for a three-month supply of my medication. At NTT, it was over $800 for a ONE-MONTH supply.
I know very little about the company culture because during my time there we had one meeting, a phone conference, and all I remember is the PM stating numerous times that there would no raises. Not exactly a great motivator.
