      Pros

      You can go very far with your incompitence, unnoticed, at Dimension Data. This is clearly on display with the most recent management structure looking after the US business.

      Cons

      You will be as far removed from Technology as a real estate or construction company. Once the LOB you work for runs out of money, or the Japanese at NTT realize the LOB is just a black hole for $$$, you will be fired, and you will realize that you have made negative career progress or have actualy commited career suiside.

      Self managed projects so you can work at your own pace when it comes to daily activities. Very flexible when it comes to scheduling

      Management is horrible they do not care about hardware technicians pay is low and bonuses and raises are rare and few
