      High Pay. No other cons.

      Cons

      They try to make up for a terrible job with high pay. The project is very confusing with minimal instructions and they expect you to perform very high. The management is not transparent and keep to themselves. Managers will hover over you to make sure work is done. Culture is terrible since everyone is miserable working here. No paid time off, no sick days. We are project based work and managers will not give updates on the project as to end dates until its 30-days out.

      lots of nice people, strong but not deteriorating brand, broad footprint offers benefit of working on global projects and proposals

      Cons

      Company doesn't foster innovation which Can be challenging if you are a creative personality. Leadership team is extremely risk averse and have built a culture that is not sales centric at all. The power and influence remains amongst a small group of individuals and for that reason promotions are based on popularity not merit. The sales compensation plan has also evolved into the most convoluted and complex thing I have ever seen which wouldn't be a huge problem if it was lucrative, but it's far from that as well.

      Pros

      Before the acquisition (NTT Data bought Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group to make NTT Data Consulting Inc.), we were told nothing would change, there would be more opportunities as part of the larger NTT Data corporation, no change to the culture, etc....

      Cons

      Nothing has come true. Culture has completely changed from a friendly environment to a bureaucracy ("A system of organization noted for its size and complexity"). There is no "special access" for current employees to see internal opportunities in the larger NTT Data corporation. If you are late on your annual training, they put you on "double secret probation" - no raises, no promotions, and no bonuses for over a year. Sad to see where the company has gone.
