      Pay is decent if you have great experience

      Cons

      Total offshore model with an offshore mentality. Zero respect for onshore team. Executive leadership is only worried about their bonus. Bidding is done at a 40% probability which makes the teams understaffed from the start. Then push change orders which drives the customer and project team to a bad place. The sales guys never worry about this because they are next

      Reward employees for putting in time.

      Cons

      Manager do not have training. Upper management is clueless on how to help the managers. You receive no support. You can be let go with no warning.

      I work for the two best/only leaders in the organization!

      Cons

      very siloed. Significant lack of communication, leadership avoids difficult conversations. The company is a traditional VAR, services are a second thought...transformation won't occur because they're just selling boxes.
