      It could be worse...but it could be a LOT better

      Pros

      People are nice when you make the effort to reach out to them. Most people are fairly friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      You will be underpaid. There is no local human resources department; HR is in Virginia and is very hands-off. Job descriptions aren't readily available. You WILL be underpaid.

      Pros

      Quiet, convenient location. The worker-bee employees are all very nice to work with.

      Cons

      The company pretends to have a deep interest in their employees and alludes to that during one's never-ending series of phone and in-person interviews. Once hired, it is quickly apparent that you are just one of many who are trapped in their pigeon-holed positions with no hope or room for advancement and certainly no hope for financial reward. Some employees have not ever received a raise of any kind for 6-7 years! If you like being stuck in a rut , overworked for little compensation and little hope for the future, NTT Training is the place for you.

      Pros

      I joined NTT Training about a year ago. I was working in the industry, with a solid territory and was making good money. I had been connected with NTT Training for several years through Linkedin. When contacted by NTT with an employment opportunity, our conversations centered on what was missing from my current situation and what wasn't working for me. After thoughtful consideration, I joined the team. Having made the move from a competitor due to a lack of leadership and poor management, I appreciate the open communication and support from our leadership team. NTT is a sales driven operation with a strong commitment to their customers, product integrity, doing right things right and constant improvement. They have talented employees and frequent team building events.

      Cons

      PTO plan is not competitive. Sales Marketing area needs improvement.
