      Pros

      Diverse Tasks Management has changed and the new team is clearly working hard to improve work culture. Self Monitored and Motivated Acknowledgment of Contribution to Projects

      Cons

      Rushed jobs due to lack of communication. Training was a bit all over the place as positions are being changed up. Co workers are stand offish and it can be difficult to make work friends.

      Finally got rid of the problem, Dan

      Cons

      ECPI and a new president who knows nothing about the industry. No plans for retiring instructors. Sales people only know how to take orders. Culture is a word that no one understands in this office

      Easy going environment that encourages questions and allows employees to discover what technique works best for them without pushing them out of the nest on the first day.

      Cons

      Freedom in sales can create a large learning curve, but with observation and persistence your technique will be honed.
