This is definitely a position that allows to use skills that go far beyond being a salesperson. It is a great position for building relationships with the companies and organizations that you sell to. Those relationships are precious because they will help you navigate any issues that come with the complex process surrounding this sale- logistics, scheduling etc... Being that the logistics are complex it requires you to be flexible and creative in how you achieve your goals and exceed expectations. I absolutely love working with a team that has constant dialogue. The organization as a whole feels to be making a shift in processes and I LOVE that all areas of the company are open to feedback, request it, digest it and area always looking to make improvements so that everyone can make the delivery to our customers the best that we can be. This is a company that feels like it is always striving to get better- it is evident in how you interact with your teammates, how your managers/directors work with you and that is a really great feeling and makes you feel proud. While I came into this role with a lot of sales experience, I had not worked specifically with this industry. The company, my co-workers, directors and executives have given everything they can to help me become an expert as fast as I can to be. That is HUGE for an employee... this is a company that wants all of their employees to succeed and their actions prove it. It's not just words. Across the board, working through whatever problems arise, they are in it to make sure the customers get the best, from the best.
