Pros

Leadership allows you to focus on delivering top notch service to clients. Innovative team with really great people who create a really inclusive, inspiring company culture. It's a fun place to work but they expect the best out of each employee and manager.

Cons

The company is growing at an amazing speed and that can bring some challenges, though the leadership team is managing these well balancing entrepreneurship with the rigors of a publicly traded company.

Company outlook is bright. A lot of opportunities. Promotes from within. Growing fast. Great salary and benefits. I love my job, flaws and all.

Cons

With the growth comes the need to hire people. A lot of times, management strikes out on some hires, but are reluctant to cut their losses and get someone else. Often, roles are not clearly defined or direction not clearly given.
