Pros

Benefits were average. Pay was above average. Most of the seasoned employees were great people.

Cons

There was an entire middle management level that was not needed. Standards went out the window in order to save pennies. Management was afraid to make decisions. (Seemed to be afraid of making the wrong decision). Promoting individuals because they were "Yes Men". Moral was very low. Spent million on software that took longer to produce an outcome. Software was very difficult to use the way management wanted to use it.

You must be a dedicated, hard worker to succeed. The job requires long hours and can be stressful at times.

Pros

Money, 401k and stock price, good internal policies and procedures and a very smart CEO who makes good financial business decisions. Room for advancement as long as you are a "yes" man.

Cons

Politics, be ready for the boys club. If your a female you will never be equal to the men. Upper level male managers sleeping with young female sales reps. Lots of partying in the sales arena. Divisions always trying to hide things from corporate. Corporate does not appreciate people who have been with the company for decades but would rather trade them in for a new younger, lower paid, yes men. Longevity and experience are not valued.
