- In the CS role the workflow is harmful: irregular days off, night shifts, no long breaks (5-15 min with strict tracking). The word 'multitasking' is taught from the first day of training and means that you will have several cases to process simultaneously while checking documentation and working on your Quality Assurance reports. Your breaks will be dependent on how the cases go.
