Amazing people and software that is redefining tech support

Pros

Great people and a sense of excitement with recent growth and major new customer announcements. Building an exciting work culture seems important...and I'm not just talking about the 24/7 cereal bar (although I do love that). The Nanoheal software is redefining the concept of "tech support" using automation and AI. Its rare to be in a company where there is so much sales demand that the rest of the team can barely keep up. Lots of opportunity for career growth for those who take initiative.

Cons

Growth brings growing pains, and Nanoheal has a few. Generally, the management team is working through problems quickly, openly, and putting solutions in place as fast as they can. If you're looking for a 9-5 with no challenges, don't look here. But if you think growing pains are a fun challenge (or at least a lot more fun than the opposite) then this is a great place to be. Also, the growth means there is plenty of opportunity for employees that jump in and help.

Great Work culture

Pros

1. Company is good, gives lot of opportunity to work on new technologies. 2. Lot of employee engagement program are running. 3. Work space is clean and bright. which gives lot of positive energy while working. 4. Admin has taken care of all necessary things like snacks, sports and entertainment activities. 5. HR team used to arrange outing for whole office every year. i still remember our last two outings Pondicherry and GOA. it was fun. otherwise i have earned lot of friends in last few years along with improvement in my technical knowledge in this organization. overall its a great place to work. i am enjoying working in HFN.

Cons

As of now HR, Admins and Management are doing good job. some cons are there but they are not worth of mentioning here. All good.

Going in the right direction.

Pros

The People - the people who work here are awesome. It's a great environment where coworkers genuinely care about each other. Potential for Growth - we're still a relatively small company, but we're growing. There aren't obvious career paths yet, however I have seen employees encouraged and rewarded as they've expressed interests in growth within the company--even if that means changing departments.

Cons

Nanoheal acquired another company last year and has been experiencing the difficulties of merging two cultures and business models. Overall the acquisition/merger has been going well, but there have been bumps along the way. For people who haven't experienced this kind of thing before, it can be unnerving.

We're especially excited to hear that you are enjoying the work environment, because company culture is a top priority for our company. We definitely do our best to reward and promote great employees, and make it a point to hire internally when possible. Mergers can be difficult, but we're happy with the cohesiveness that we're seeing between departments and teams. I really appreciate the feedback on having clearer channels of communication. Currently our efforts to improve communication include, our internal social network, monthly newsletters, as well as a general chat channel, but we can always do more to keep our employees in the loop. Again we appreciate your feedback and hope you continue to enjoy being a part of our team.
