Worst company to work with

Pros

I wish I could write any. Free breakfast (not that great but okay)

So here is the honest review- I got campus placed in Nanoheal and trust me that day was the worst day of my life. It was my first job and I was hired for Java development but these people do not have projects also they kept on moving me from development to testing and at times to the configuration team. I used to work OT and was paid nothing for the same rather if I ever get late for work by 10 minutes, my TL used to come after mez Lot of Office politics and negativity because of 2-3 people who are at higher management. Every single fresher who joined with me left the organisation. And I was fired in 6 months even being a star performer because of cheap office politics. I was assigned a mentor who was good for nothing. Even after I left they demotivated me so much for my career but I am happy as I am doing well which I could not make it in Nanoheal. I wish I could rate this company in -ve.

It is our topmost priority to ensure that our employees, especially the Freshers are given multiple opportunities to grow, showcase their talents and get exposure to multiple technologies simultaneously. It's disheartening to hear that we could not provide the same for you. I really wish you could voice your concerns while you were still here so that we could address the same.

Great Work culture

Pros

1. Company is good, gives lot of opportunity to work on new technologies. 2. Lot of employee engagement program are running. 3. Work space is clean and bright. which gives lot of positive energy while working. 4. Admin has taken care of all necessary things like snacks, sports and entertainment activities. 5. HR team used to arrange outing for whole office every year. i still remember our last two outings Pondicherry and GOA. it was fun. otherwise i have earned lot of friends in last few years along with improvement in my technical knowledge in this organization. overall its a great place to work. i am enjoying working in HFN.

Cons

As of now HR, Admins and Management are doing good job. some cons are there but they are not worth of mentioning here. All good.
