Pros

Great benefits, Really great work associates!.

Cons

Between the NSFs rules and and a few inexperienced managers NEON has re-invented many of the tasks going on in Boulder Co. It appears that NEON has made many of the mistakes that I would not have expected experienced management not have made. To be fair to NEON I believe that the manner in which the NSF has managed NEON is partly responsible, it seems that when your working with someone else's money accountability is not as important.
