Pros

No micro management, work at your own pace, work by yourself for the most part, work with pretty plants.

Cons

No holiday pay, no time off for a lot of holidays, weather conditions on some days, mandatory Saturdays during early summer and fall time.

Pros

I had the best manager and she would often stick us for her employees to the higher up people for things like better pay for example. The pay itself was good for what the job is.

Cons

Can be somewhat difficult with having to be outside in the heat and having major deliveries to unload off a truck.
