      Disrespectful, Vindictive, Unprofessional, and Immature Management

      Flexible schedule, independent work, working with plants

      Cons

      Disrespectful supervisor, Immature supervisor, wrongful treatment of minorities by management, no training, passive aggressive critiques on public work forums, inconsistent rules, inconvenient contradicting changes, little to no communication between partner company from corporate, little to no communication to employees from management, working outside in all conditions, you may never see your supervisor since you work independent which sounds good but doesn't work because they don't communicate.
