Pros

It depends on the department but great management. No micromanagement. Great compensation. Generous PTO starting out.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any and no the company did not ask me to make this review. These are my honest opinions based on my department. Other employees from other departments may feel differently.

Pros

Great staff and management with flexibility.

Cons

Working in claims is not for the faint of heart, as you have to work with some pretty upset people, but that's a part of the job when they just got into an accident, you have to be empathetic and professional.

Pros

An extremely long training process

Cons

90 days of instruction from one authority figure just to be told you're doing it wrong after training. No standard way of doing things. Favoritism and poor leadership. Would not recommend.
