Pros

Great environment, easy money, friendly co workers.

Cons

Poor training, sub par benefit implementation, supervisors in certain departments shouldn’t be in positions of power or authority. Seedy practices, they will terminate you if they do not like you, agree with your lifestyle, or use you as a filler until they’re able to replace you.

Pros

Wages & benefits are competitive. The Company itself offers many opportunities to help its people.

Cons

The people they put in place are incompetent. Too many meetings and not enough time focusing on the work at hand. Upper Management has fostered a negative culture amongst their teams. They have used intimidation and bullying to get their ways. Favoritism is running wild in the organization. They hire who fits a criteria more than who is right for the job. They relocate people every 6months not allowing anyone to gain an understanding of their role or build relationships.
