Pros

The benefits package is solid, but you need tenure to fully benefit. The knowledge work is straightforward, not challenging, and easily googled even in the engineering departments. By the account of my coworkers, field technician and physical engineering roles are the only desirable position in the company.

Cons

They push employees to complete these reviews, and it’s clear participation is being tracked. Leadership is indecisive, anxious, and lacks integrity, which stalls any meaningful progress unless forced by regulation. Expect to spend more time navigating politics than doing the job you were hired to do.
