Pros

Fun coworkers and no overtime.

Cons

Low pay raises and poor bonus structure. Little to no communication from management. Too many employees and not enough work to go around.

Pros

Great managers. Training was very informative and the trainer was very good . Your managers are always there for you and want you to succeed . Insurance benefits were great . Pay rate the best I have seen for call center agents.

Cons

Very fast paced work environment Need to be prepared to dive right in when you get on the phones . Some days you will take 100 calls a day . Customers can be angry due to the nature of the Business but the company gives you a lot of tools to be able to handle every difficult situation that could arise .
