Pros

Excellent support system, pro employee development

Cons

There is no facility that is commutable once I relocated. I would have worked there until I couldn't work any longer.

Pros

Great benefit package, good stable company to work for. Many opportunities to grow within the company if you are dedicated and put the time in to learn the ins and outs.

Cons

Upper management is somewhat disorganized with implementing new programs and policies. Many of our methods / programs / policies are out of date. Very tight budget and frugal with how they choose to spend the revenue.
