Pros

air-conditioning free coffee, tea. and a very clean environment

Cons

very boring, tedious and no room for growth. If that's okay for you, then you'll be fine. Nothing new will happen...

Pros

Very flexible company to work for and supportive of your personal life as long as you do not take advantage if this

Cons

Red tape and governance can stifle quick change from happening and delay progress - probably with good reason. it's still infuriating.
