Pros

Variety of job opportunities from Accounting to Power Plant Operations, good pay, good benefits, opportunity to work in the UK or throughout the Northeast. Larger sites are convenient commutes.

Cons

Lack of a well defined culture, loss of a lot of key people due to outsourcing, employees no longer love their work, it's just a job now attitude

Pros

The salary offered is toward the top end of what would be considered acceptable for the role, if you just know you want to work in an office then you can have a great career by accident.

Cons

Unless you are an engineering specialist or an accountant there is little scope for development within your specialism
