Pros

Great coworkers & benefits including flex time.

Cons

Bonus available but you have no control on how much you can earn based on your performance. The same amount for all employees regardless of their effort. More authority should be given to assistants so they don't leave from boredom.

Pros

Convenience. I live very close to downtown Columbus and only have a 3 mile commute. Also, I have worked at a very wide variety of IT jobs throughout my career, while maintaining benefits.

Cons

Constant state of reorg. I have had 6 management changes in 2 1/2 years (5 different managers, one person twice). My track record does not always transfer with me, so I have had to prove myself over and over. This has made it difficult to achieve promotions.
